 Exchanges are allowed only for unused and defective products.
 The delivery agent will inspect the product before approving the exchange.
 If any abuse or false claim is detected, the exchange request will be void.
 Exchanges will be conducted hand-to-hand at the time of delivery, wherever possible.
 If our courier partners cannot facilitate direct exchange in certain locations, customers must first return the item. A replacement will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.
 Courier fees for eligible exchanges are covered by perfume.sazzad.org, provided the exchange meets our terms.
 Customers may request a full refund or partial refund, provided the request meets our return conditions.
 Refunds are processed within 24 hours, except for special cases requiring additional validation.
